After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2003, I did my residency in Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa), Department of General Surgery between 2004-2010. After completing my state service obligation in Artvin, Arhavi State Hospital between 2010-2012, I returned to Istanbul Faculty of Medicine as chief assistant in 2012. Afterwards, I focused my studies in the field of Endocrine Surgery and Laparoscopic Surgery. Especially thyroid cancers, benign diseases of the thyroid (Goiter, Toxic Goiter, Graves, Hashimoto..), parathyroid diseases and benign (Cushing's, Pheochromocytoma, Conn's Syndrome) and malignant cancers of the adrenal gland. In 2015, I worked for 6 months with Prof. Dr. Henning Dralle, the head of the General Surgery Clinic at Halle University, who pioneered endocrine surgery in Europe and nerve monitoring in the world. After returning to Turkey, I performed all my surgeries accompanied by nerve monitoring and took part in dozens of courses and seminars on this subject as an invited speaker and trainer.

I am still continuing my studies in the field of endocrine surgery and laparoscopic surgery.

I have participated in many national and international congresses as an invited speaker. I have more than fifty scientific articles published in international and national journals, more than two hundred citations and more than one hundred papers presented at congresses. I also served as the Secretary of the Tenth Endocrine Surgery Congress and as the secretary of several webinars organized by the Endocrine Surgery Society.
